Read moreI write this testimonial to confirm that I have personally had dealings with Emicon over the past 10 years on several difficult and complicated construction projects.
These have included hundreds of high-end units and apartments over 8 projects during my association with them. Some of this work has been carried out well “out of area” in terms of location and at my request in order to complete both difficult and time critical projects to accommodate my clients’ requirements. One particular case in point was the recently completed “Joy on Jefferson” at 199 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach Queensland.
Emicon uprooted their key personnel, successfully applied for a Queensland Building License and Assisted me in the design and construction of a luxury 8 Level Apartment Building right on the beach front actually in the sand dunes of Palm Beach that included the construction of a seawall for our clients.
The level of finish was of such a high standard and coupled with the build quality, aesthetics of the building and location that it attracted the likes of World Surfing Champion Kelly Slater who now resides in the building along with interstate owners, one of which is the Managing Director of a large construction firm in Melbourne (who has also attested to the build quality).
The RSL Art Union were also attracted to the building and purchased an apartment for their prize competition to raise funds for the Returned Soldiers League of Australia.
They have also recently completed a luxurious and prestigious project at Randwick NSW (opposite Randwick racecourse) for me and a very demanding client was kept happy and pleasantly surprised throughout the course of the project when compared to previous experiences they have had with other builders in the past without our involvement.
In all the projects I have engaged them in I found Emicon and their Directors Paul and Claude Saab (who personally manage their projects from site) to be both price-competitive and very professional and accommodating in all their dealings with both myself and the clients we deal with who can be quite difficult and demanding at times.
The quality of their work is dependent on the personnel used on each project and I have found all their site staff and tradesmen to date to be excellent.
Quality is never compromised for speed of construction; they manage to balance them well.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Emicon to anyone desirous of a good quality honest building and construction company who consistently delivers quality product at a competitive price and on time.
